This wine is a delicately crafted blend of Baco Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Marechal Foch. In the second incarnation of this house style; Red 2008 Signature Series presents vibrant notes of raspberry, cherry, and black fruit, with a medium body, smooth oak tannin and earthy finish. This wine is drinking now, but will comfortably age through 2011.

This limited release offers Pinot Noirs` characteristically refined aromas of ripe cherry, strawberry, with rich oak tannin, hints of smoke, and cocoa powder. This wine was aged one year on its lees in French oak barrels. Pinot Noir is a delicate wine that compliments most meals and while drinkable now, will benefit from a year or two in your cellar!

Our house tradition assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot was aged 16 months in French Oak. A firm tannin structure enhances this wines red fruit jam, currant, pepper, spices, toasted oak and plum profile. This wine will continue to evolve well into the decade.

The Rose 2007 was crafted, in the house-style, from select red grapes that were exposed to their skins for 2 days and naturally cold fermented. This fruit driven wine displays an excellent balance of sweetness and structure. This rose pairs well with appetizers and white meat dishes.
