This first release 2007 Chardonnay was fermented in barrel and aged up to 5 months on its lees. The hot and dry summer of 2007 has resulted in this wine- a bold fruit character with a warming smooth mouthfeel, and a medium bodied finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled, this wine will continue to evolve through 2011.
