Summer Sounds Delicious - Come to your senses!

Welcome to another exciting season at Quai du Vin Estate Winery. We are offering a diverse selection of events this year that will satisfy a wide range of tastes.

In the past we have tried to maintain a constant format for each of our events. However, as we expand our selection each year, our ability to maintain that standard formats becomes increasingly more difficult. Therefore, we have listed the standard information as well as specific details as they relate to specific events. Here's to another exciting summer at Quai du Vin Estate Winery.

Most of our events take place on the lawns directly behind the winery. The stage is carved into the forest, and the lawns are surrounded by vineyards. The overall effect is casual and relaxing. Weather is definitely a factor, so please dress appropriately, all shows will go on, rain or shine as a tent will be on site. The exception to this being "Star Gazing" which requires clear skies for proper viewing. The area is handicap accessible including the fully functioning washroom facilities.

Plenty of free parking is provided on the winery grounds. Please follow the “Special Events Parking” signs as you approach the winery. Have tickets ready for redemption at the front gate. Reserved tickets or additional tickets are both available at the gate. No tickets required for the free events.

With the exception of Mardi Gras in July, Red Hat/Purple Feet, and Into the Night, and the occasional picnic table, there is no seating provided. Please bring your own blankets, lawn chairs, tables, umbrellas or even canopies……whatever will make you more comfortable to enjoy the event. There is ample lawn space, but location is on a first come first serve basis.

Food is provided for Mardi Gras in July and Red Hats / Purple Feet. Into the Night we have food available for sale. For all other events, Quai du Vin will have an assortment of cheeses, spreads, crackers and breads available for sale. Also, for all other events, you are encouraged to pack your own picnic basket with your own favourite nibblies.

Quai du Vin is a fully licenced facility under the authority of the AGCO. We now provide a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale, which could include wine, beer, liquors and coolers. However, selections may be limited during certain events. Wines are sold chilled on ice and by the bottle only.

No other alcohol is allowed on the premises. This includes other commercial or homemade wines. Unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated.

All of our events are adult functions (with the exception of Trillium Tour, Arte Novello, and Star Gazing,). For the enjoyment of all, we do not encourage the attendance of children. No one under the age of 19 will be admitted unless accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years are free, all others are full price. No pets, no exceptions.

Trillium Tour, Movie Nights and Star Gazing. - FREE

Glenn Miller tickets are $28.50.

Ultimate Legends Tribute, Pickin' in the Vines, Juke Box Memories, Music Trivia, and Reds, Whites and the Blues are $15.00 per person in advance or $20.00 per person at the gate.

Season's Passes for the four following events are available at $40.00 per person until Saturday, July, 12, 2008 at 5:00 pm: Ultimate Legends Tribute, Juke Box Memories, Music Trivia, and Reds, Whites and the Blues.

Mardi Gras in July tickets are $55.00 p.p. advance.

Red Hat, Purple Feet tickets are $30.00 p.p. advance only.

Into the Night tickets are $10.00 p.p.

Advance tickets are available from the winery retail store or through participating charities and service clubs.

Tickets ordered by phone and prepaid with a credit card seven days prior to the event, will be mailed out. All others will be held for pick up at the gate. Tickets ordered on-line will be processed and send Q-tickets via e-mail within 24 hours. In all cases, advance ticket sales are cut off at 5:00 pm the evening prior to the event.

All ticket prices include applicable taxes and gratuities.

Tickets are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
