Join winemaker Jamie Quai and chef James Meadows in our barrel room as they combine their talents to bring you the ultimate in wine and food pairings in a multi course dinner. You will experience numerous pairing combinations as the chef and Jamie walk you through the three hour meal, from start to finish.
