Welcome to the 21st Anniversary year for Quai du Vin Estate Winery and what we hope will be a very exciting 15th year of doing events. We are offering a diverse selection of events this year that will satisfy a wide range of tastes. In the past, we have tried to maintain a constant format for each of our events. However, as we expand our selection each year, our ability to maintain that standard format becomes increasingly more difficult. Therefore, we have listed information as well as specific details, as they relate to specific events. Here's to another exciting summer at Quai du Vin Estate Winery.
Tickets for the Winemaker's Dinner are all inclusive of the following: admission, food, wine, parking, seating, gratuity, and applicable taxes.
Tickets for all other events include admission, parking, entertainment and all applicable taxes.
Atmosphere
Most of our events take place on the lawns directly behind the winery. The stage is carved into the forest, and the lawns are surrounded by vineyards. The overall effect is casual and relaxing. Weather is definitely a factor, so please dress appropriately, all shows will go on, rain or shine, as the tent will be on site. The exception to this being "Star Gazing" which requires clear skies for proper viewing. The area is handicap accessible including the outdoor washroom facilities.
Parking
Plenty of free parking is provided on the winery grounds, all located within easy access of the facilities. Please follow the “Special Events Parking” signs as you approach the winery. Have your tickets ready for redemption at the gate. Parking attendants are provided for your convenience. Please follow their directions.
Seating
Tables and chairs are provided for the Winemakers Dinner.
For all other events, a limited number of picnic tables are available on a first come, first serve basis, otherwise, please bring your own seating: lawn chairs, blankets, tables, sun umbrellas or even canopies ... whatever will make you most comfortable to enjoy the event. There is ample lawn space, but location is on a first come first serve basis.
All outdoor event tickets are sold as Rain or Shine Events. Tickets are not returnable, non-refundable and not transferable.
Food
The St. Thomas Lions Club provide food for purchase at specific events only.
For all other events, you are encouraged to pack your own picnic basket with your own favourite nibblies. Call ahead to verify food vendor availabilities.
Beverages
Quai du Vin is a fully licensed facility under the authority of the AGCO. All ticket prices are exclusive of liquor. We now provide a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale, which may or may not include wine, beer, liquors and coolers, depending on the nature of the event.
No other alcohol is permitted on the premises. This includes other commercial or homemade wines. Unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated.
Children and Pets
All of our events are adult functions (with the exception of Star Gazing). For the enjoyment of all, we do not encourage the attendance of children. No one under the age of 19 will be admitted unless accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years are free, all others are full price. No pets, with the exceptions of guide dogs.
Tickets
Tickets are available for purchase from Quai du Vin eState Winery; in person, at our retail outlet, by phone, or our secure online website. Tickets ordered by phone or on line require a valid VISA or MasterCard to be processed. Tickets will not be held without payment.
Tickets ordered by phone or on line will be e-mailed.
Ticket sales are cut off at 5:00pm the previous day. Attendance is limited. Tickets sold at the gate, at gate prices, only if available.
Tickets for other events may also be purchased directly from the promoters.
