Join winemaker Jamie Quai and chef James Meadows in our barrel room as they combine their talents to bring you the ultimate in wine and food pairings in a six course dinner. You will experience numerous pairing combinations as the chef and Jamie walk you through the three hour meal, from start to finish. Each dinner is limited to 32 participants, so don't be disappointed.... book early!
